- 1. How can I make a reservation?
- Visit our website and go to RESERVATION. Select the date, number of guests, number of rooms, and room type. We will then contact you within 24 hours.
If you book a room on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), we will review and confirm your reservation and contact you on Monday.
If you make a reservation on the day of your stay, or you need to have your reservation confirmed as soon as possible, please contact our Reservation Office at (+82-2-3440-8010).
※ It is the same for a group reservation.
- 2. What is the reservation change and cancellation policy?
- You may cancel or change your reservation without cancellation fees until 6 p.m. the day before the check-in date.
If you cancel or change your reservation thereafter, you will be charged the room rate for a night.
- 3. What are the check-in and check-out times?
- You can check in from 3 p.m. and check out before 11 a.m.
- 4. I would like early check-in or late check-out.
- Your request can be granted depending on the reservation situation for the day. If your request is granted, you may be charged an additional fee.
- 5. Do I need to bring my card with me for check-in?
- You will be asked to present your card to make payment and deposit when you check in.
- 6. Can I make payment and deposit with different cards? (e.g., making payment with a corporate credit card)
- You can make payment and deposit with different cards. However, you need to bring an actual card with you.
- 7. Can I pay for a room for my family or friend?
- If you want to pay for a room for someone else, you need to accompany the actual guest who will be staying at the hotel and bring your credit card for check-in.
If you cannot come to the hotel in person, contact our Reservation Office (+82-2-3440-8010) for further details.
- 8. Can I make a payment with my family’s credit card?
- In principle, you should make payment with your own card.
If you need to make payment with your family's card, please present a certificate of family relations or the card owner's ID card.
- 9. What if I book a room and my fellow guest checks in first before I arrive at the hotel?
- Please contact our Reservation Office (+82-2-3440-8010) and tell us your fellow guest’s information.
Your fellow guest should make payment and deposit to check in.
If you come to the front and make payment later, your fellow guest’s payment will be canceled.
※ Minors cannot check in first.
- 10. Can I park my car during my stay at the hotel? How much is the parking fee.
- You should use our valet parking service during your stay.
You will be charged a valet parking service fee of KRW 15,000.
You will not be charged a parking fee for one vehicle during your stay. If you want to park your car after check-out, it is free for only one hour after you check out.
If you use our restaurant, coffee shop, or bar after check-out, however, you are entitled to free parking. (KRW 5,000 per 30 minutes, up to KRW 100,000 per day)
You may be eligible for free valet parking service depending on the benefits of your credit card. Please check the benefit details of your credit card.
- 11. Are there any facilities I can use for free during my stay?
- You can use our Fitness Club and indoor swimming pool during your stay.
※ Only guests aged 16 and above can use the facilities.

- 12. How much do you charge for an extra bed and a baby bed?
- You will be charged an extra bed fee of KRW 55,000 (including tax) per night. A baby bed is provided for free.
Your request for an extra bed or a baby bed may not be granted depending on the reservation situation on the day of your stay. Please make a request in advance.
※ An extra bed may not be installable in some types of rooms.
- 13. How many people can stay in a room?
- Please see the details below.
* Number of guests per room: 2 adults (Child guests are considered as adult guests.)
* Maximum number of guests allowed: Double bed: 3 persons; twin bed: 4 persons
- 14. Do you charge an extra fee if a baby is accompanied?
- There is no extra charge for a baby. However, you will be charged an extra fee of KRW 35,000 (including tax) if you request more bedding or towels.
- 15. Do you have a room for guests with disabilities?
- Yes, we have rooms for guests with disabilities.
Some of our rooms have a wheelchair-accessible structure for guests with disabilities, including an accessible sink and shower.
In addition, we have installed visual fire and emergency alarms for safety.
- 16. Can I borrow a stroller?
- Sorry, but we do not provide strollers.
- 1. What are the essential things I have to select for a wedding?
- You should select the meal, beverages, drinks, flowers, and production fee. Studio, dress, hairstyling, makeup, musical performance, etc. are optional.
- 2. How many times do you hold a wedding ceremony per day?
- A wedding ceremony can be held up to two times: once between noon and 4 p.m. and once between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
We do our best so that you do not experience any inconvenience because the wedding ceremony is held on the same day.
- 3. What is the minimum number of guests for a wedding?
- The minimum number of wedding guests should be at least 150.
- 4. Until when should I finalize the minimum number of wedding guests?
- The final number of guests served with a meal should be decided at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding day. After that, it cannot be changed.
※ Even though the number of guests does not reach the minimum number, you should pay the price equivalent to the meal expenses for the minimum number of guests.
- 5. Can I try a wedding meal?
- Up to 4 persons can try a wedding meal. Please confirm your schedule and the number of persons at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
If more than 4 persons try a wedding meal, you will be charged an extra fee.
- 6. Do I need to make a reservation if I want to consult about the wedding?
- Please make a reservation if you want to consult about a wedding.
There are many people visiting us for consultation about their wedding plans during weeknights and weekends.
If you do not make a reservation, you may wait too long, or consultation service may not be available.
